CK Candy Kote!

Candy Kote is an American-style melting candy which has a "chocolate" flavour and comes in "white", "cocoa light", "cocoa dark" and in colours too! The candy is available in wafers as shown above and some colours are also in "candy writer" tubes, making it easy to add colour details or for lettering on cookies etc. They're all great for children's parties!

Melt the candy in a bowl or cup (set in hot water) or place a few wafers in a piping bag in the microwave for 30 seconds - there's no need to temper (as with real chocolate). Pour or pipe into a mould and tap to release air bubbles. Place flat and in a refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to set. The moulded items always have a lovely shine and they taste really good too!
